Admission Process

Step

​ ​1. The student should send or submit his/her filled in Admission Form along with the scan copy of Higher Secondary School Certificate with subject’s details and marks to email address. Jha.amresh2@gmail.com At this primary stage student have to pay an initial amount of Rs.15,000 for University application fees.

2. The application is forwarded to the concerned University. Within one week university will issue, a letter of admission confirming the reservation of the seat. The original letter is sent by the university. This letter of admission is then given to student. At this stage, student is expected to make the payment of Rs. 30,000.

​​ 3. Next, we will apply for student invitation letter at Federal Migration Services of Russia, at this stage student should submit scanned copy his Passport. The process time for invitation letter is approx. one month. Once invitation Letter is ready student is expected to make the payment of Rs. 35,000.

4. Next, after getting the invitation letter and original passport, SF will apply for student visa at Russian embassy or consulate.  Once visa stamped on passport student is expected to make the payment of Rs. 40,000.

Documents required:

• Duly filled in admission form
• Copy of 10th marks sheet.
• Copy of 12th marks sheet
• Copy of 12th passing certificate
• Passport size color photograph with white background
• HIV Test Report
• Scanned copy of the first and the last page of the passport

(Passport can be submitted later in case the same is not immediately available)
